The Atlanta Public Schools testing and assessment schedule allows us to measure student progress on a regular basis. In addition to regular classroom testing, be sure to know the District-level testing schedule. Remember that getting a good night’s sleep and a hearty breakfast will give your child a solid start on test day.

ICYMI: APS recognizes the importance of offering protein-rich options, especially for students involved in athletics and extracurricular activities.  

Atlanta Public Schools menus offer ala carte options that are as delicious as they are nutritious. Our Ala Carte initiative includes 100% fruit juice options, providing natural nutrients without added sugars. We are also exploring other high-protein, nutrient-dense snacks such as:  

• Greek yogurt parfaits 

• Protein granola bars 

• Beef jerky

All Atlanta Public Schools students and staff can access their favorite websites and school applications from any device anywhere. 

Once logged in, myBackpack acts as a single sign-on, so you do not have to remember all the different web addresses and passwords for your favorite school resources.
